How the DiversiFlex Process Gives you Eye-popping results and saves money!

We knew our flexographic printing presses can produce graphics as detailed and colorful as Litho.The challenge was to be able to do it for less!
Our systems uses a simple principle – straight line processing !
The paperboard is fed in on one end and the finished product is stacked at the other end.
Plates are mounted in sequence – up to 6 colors and 1 coating are printed as required, with fast drying ink and instant drying stations.
Die cutting is performed on the same line continuously after printing.

ONE LINE - Continuously moving from paperboard to Printed Die-Cut Carton.
Next we move to a folding and gluing station - Pack and ship to customer.
Glue is applied and the carton is folded automatically into a flat stacking / shipping configuration.
Finished boxes are stacked and packed and ready to ship.

What we eliminated.

Moving printed paperboard to a slitter and separate die cutting machine.
Gang Printing _ our process prints one small product box at a time. To change your box for another vendors packaging – we just change out plates & inks and the process continues!

End result – we are able to produce the same high quality end product using less manpower –
with less waste than Litho processed cartons. You Save Money and get a great consistent carton

DLI's DiversiFlex Process specializes in mid to short run folded boxes with high quality graphics, board materials from SBS, to SVS and Clear PVC. Colors up to 6 plus coating. Folding Box configurations include single fold to auto bottom, headers, 4-6 corner constructions printed, cut, folded, glued and packaged out the door.

When we conceived our process, we wanted to become as efficient as possible, knowing how many large competitors there are for you to select from. Our straight line, all-in-one process is what we designed to make our cartons as competitively priced as possible. The DiversiFlex Process reduces the number of employees necessary for the operation. It allows for runs of the same package for multiple vendors. We merely stop the press, swap out plates and continue.

Our current capabilities are to print on a flat of up to 15 inch x 16 inch, both sides. We can then custom cut the flat, including windows. This makes us a great source for helping you package your small retail products with eye catching custom small product boxes. We offer multiple folding options to fit your small products. At Diversified, we can consult on your packaging design. We can help develop styles, shapes and graphics. Our goal is to be your long term supplier of your cartons as well your labels and POS support material. We will do our best to earn your packaging business.
