Flexographic printing was formerly known primarily for its cost effectiveness. Flexographic printing is now establishing a reputation for itself in high quality printing. The recent advances in flexographic printing technology have vastly improved overall image reproduction and converting capabilities.
Diversified's new state of the art flexographic equipment can print your image on a continuous roll or sheet to the desired length using a wide variety of substrates, including flexible media ideally suited for many packaging and promotional applications.
We can also incorporate the latest in variable imaging technology to give your printing the ability to change the print virtually as we go. As an example, coupons can have serial numbering in text and bar coding. This also lends itself to production of Sweepstakes Tickets, IRC;s and other media.
We have a complete graphics department to design and prepare your project for printing as well plate-making facilities in-house.
Presses:
All presses UV coat, with UV coating counting as 1 color. Please include any fonts that are not standard Adobe fonts (may be put with pre-press specs).
- 10" Wide Flexo Press, up to an 18" repeat, 3 color capabilities + lamination.
- 10" Wide Flexo Press, up to a 24" repeat, 8 color capabilities + UV or lamination.
- 13" Wide Flexo Press, up to a 32" repeat, 8 color capabilities + lamination.
Finishing:
Rolls, sheeted or fan folding available. We have a large variety of dies in house. Perfing, butt cutting, pin fed and slitting are available.
